Hilarious Breast Cancer Survivor Speaker
Comedian Jacki Kane uses her whip-smart humor to get herself through breast cancer and inspire other survivors, in her hilarious one-woman show, “Waiting for the Brazilian,” and other motivational programs.
From the time she flopped around in a kindergarten Easter pageant in a malfunctioning bunny suit, Jacki Kane has used humor to overcome adversity. When diagnosed with cancer in 2012, Jacki couldn’t help but rely on humor to get through treatment. An award-winning writer, Jacki blogged about the angst of going through cancer, then turned the material into a one-woman comedy show. With whip-smart humor, she takes you through tragedy and triumph, showing you how to power through hardship with humor. Jacki lives in Modesto, California, with her husband, two children and one lazy dog.
