Dr. Darcy Lord, a Self-Love Expert and founder of Programs That Uplift, is on a mission to help raise the consciousness of the planet. With a Ph.D. in Somatic Education (mind-body connection) from The Ohio State University, she’s a warm and passionate author, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering individuals in self-love, inner guidance, and living their higher purpose.
In addition to her speaking, training, and academic background, Dr. Lord boasts a prestigious award for teaching/speaking excellence from The Ohio State University and served as the Director of an Integrative Healing Arts Center specializing in personal/spiritual growth. She contributed groundbreaking research with a Worksite Positivity Study published in a peer-reviewed journal, as well as Ohio State’s Complementary Health Initiative. As a counselor she focused on women’s issues, and her expertise extends to stress relief, happiness, and mindfulness along with the crucial concept of self-love.
Although she loves in-person events, Darcy’s enthusiasm, bright energy, and obvious joy will help your virtual group feel truly engaged, connected, and energized!
