Tanya Abreu is a nationally recognized healthcare innovator, consumer health strategist, and hospital network builder with more than 30 years of experience transforming how healthcare is delivered, experienced, and sustained. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Power Up Nursing, a groundbreaking platform uniting nurses and hospitals to deploy data-driven burnout prevention and workforce well-being strategies. Tanya also serves as a Senior Strategic Executive for the health tech company MOXIE 360 and as Co-Founder and Advisor to Treasure Coast Digital Health, leading innovations in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.
A pioneer in building large-scale provider and hospital networks, Tanya has designed and launched global women’s health programs with Magee-Womens Hospital and USAID, created and led the Spirit of Women Hospital Network—expanding it from 3 hospitals to over 300—and raised more than $140 million for healthcare projects across the United States, Eastern Europe, Africa, and beyond. Her programs emphasize scalability, human-centered technology, and patient experience while driving measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Tanya has delivered more than 400 keynote presentations, appeared in major media including CNN, Fox News, Good Morning America, and The Huffington Post, and served on national advisory boards including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health.
